Puppy Application

This application must be submitted for approval prior to us accepting your deposit.

We so our best to ensure that each of our puppies goes to a good home. In asking these questions we hope to place the right puppy in the right home. Please do not send us a deposit unless we have approved your application. Applications are normally reviewed within two business days of receipt. If you have not heard from us, please contact us to ensure we did receive it.

Choosing a puppy is not something to be taken lightly nor should one base their choice solely on the color or "look" of a specific puppy. The personality of the puppy should also be considered, as each puppy is different. Different puppies are suited to different environments and this questionnaire is designed to help us both determine which puppy is right for you.

Pet puppies are not to be used for breeding and are sold with LIMITED AKC registration (AKC will not recognize litters produced by the puppies). Buyers will be required to sign a Spay/Neuter Contract. AKC registration applications will be given after we receive proof of spay/neuter.

Show prospects may be available to established AKC exhibitors. We put a lot of thought into this decision and are not hasty about offering it. We will not offer breeding rights simply because someone asks for them. If you are interested in Full AKC, please contact us and tell us about your goals, history and setup. If you have not been or are not actively showing in AKC shows or do not intend do, we will be less likely to offer full AKC. However, feel free to talk with us about your individual situation.

I hope you will agree that the welfare of our puppies must be our foremost consideration in considering a placement. Please read our Spay/Neuter Contract & Health Guarantee before completing the Application below. Then answer the following questions as completely and honestly as you can. In addition to this Application, please give us a call to chat a bit. We like to get to know those who want to buy our puppies.
